Refund policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, so every refund is paid back by Paddle to the card or
account you paid with.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Kadal Deck isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment for any paid plan — monthly or annual — and you get all of it back. No reason needed.
Renewals
- Annual plans: if a yearly renewal went through that you didn't want, ask within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund of that renewal.
- Monthly plans: monthly renewals are not refunded, because you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for. If a renewal charged you because of a mistake on our side, we refund it.
Things we always refund
- A duplicate charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled.
- A paid feature that did not work for most of a billing period because of a fault on our side.
- The unused part of a paid period if we remove a feature your plan depended on, or close the service.
How to ask
- Email pmithunish@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the order number from your Paddle receipt; or
- Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email you paid with, and request a refund there.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle within 5 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. A refund for a subscription also cancels it, and the workspace moves to the Free plan — your decks are not deleted.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live and does not take any away. Purchases are also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
